Refund policy
At Zenvault, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, we will review the case and provide a full refund or replacement if approved.
## Eligibility for Refund
To request a refund due to a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within **14 days of receiving your order**.
Please provide:

* Clear photos or videos showing the issue
* A short explanation of the problem

## Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your item is:

## No Returns Accepted
We do **not accept returns or exchanges** for:
* Change of mind
* Wrong item selection by customer
* Dissatisfaction after use
* Sale items
* Gift cards
Orders that have been delivered and accepted are considered final unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
## Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within **10 business days**.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
